Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund if the cancellation is made 10 or more days prior to the scheduled departure. Cancellations made within 10 days of the departure date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

In the event of bad weather, the excursion will be rescheduled to another available date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued, minus any bank processing fees. The final decision regarding weather conditions and the safety of the excursion lies solely with the captain.
