Terms and Conditions
Introduction:
By booking a service with Yacht Parthenope, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of our services and your relationship with us.
1. Deposit and Reservation Confirmation
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount due is required at the time of booking. The reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
2. Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled departure. Failure to pay the remaining balance by this deadline may result in the cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Guests: Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund if the cancellation is made 10 or more days prior to the scheduled departure. Cancellations made within 10 days of the departure date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellation Due to Weather: In the event of bad weather, the excursion will be rescheduled to another available date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued, minus any bank processing fees. The final decision regarding weather conditions and the safety of the excursion lies solely with the captain.
4. Unattended Children
Children must be supervised at all times. Under no circumstances should children be left unattended during the excursion.
5. Meals Arrangements
Meals are not included in the booking. When applicable, lunch or dinner will be at a restaurant along the coast and should be booked in advance to ensure a reservation. If guests wish to skip a meal and remain on board, the captain must be notified at least 24 hours in advance to make alternative arrangements for the crew’s lunch break.
6. Land Transportation
Land transportation to and from the yacht can be arranged upon request. However, payment for transportation services must be made directly to the driver.
7. Crew Tips
Tips for the crew are not included in the price of the booking. Gratuities are at the discretion of the customer and can be provided at the end of the excursion.
8. Sales Tax
Sales tax is not included in the listed prices. Any applicable taxes will be added to the total amount due.

By making a reservation with Yacht Parthenope, you agree to the above terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them prior to each booking.
